Novel, Favorable Prognostic Marker in Cytogenetically Normal AML Helps Predict Survival

High expression of lymphoid enhancer-binding factor 1 (LEF1) is a novel, favorable prognostic marker in cytogenetically normal (CN) acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and is associated with upregulation of T-lymphoid lineage markers in AML blasts.
