Imatinib and Other Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors Offer More Options to Treat Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia

Primary therapy with imatinib, second-line therapy with dasatinib, and new oral agents such as nilotinib are changing the course of treatment of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) by offering more options to more patients.
