Volume 15Issue Number 8 August 2006 ISSN 10593802 Nilotinib Alone or With Gleevec Shows Activity in Gleevec-resistant GISTAMN 107 (Nilotinib) alone or in combination with imatinib (Gleevec) is reasonably well tolerated in patients with imatnib-resistant gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST). These initial data suggest there may be relevant activity of Nilotinib alone and in combination with Gleevec in Gleevec-resistant GIST patients.
