Lenalidomide Effective in Relapsed, Refractory CLL

In early stage studies, treatment with lenalidomide (Revlimid) has been associated with encouraging results among patients with relapsed and refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), with nearly 70% of patients responding to therapy. Lenalidomide is showing signs of altering the underlying disease state of CLL, further demonstrating the drug?s therapeutic potential across a broad group of hematological disorders and blood cancers.
