CW January 2006Issue Number 1 January 2006 ISSN 10593802 Lenalidomide Effective in Relapsed, Refractory CLLIn early stage studies, treatment with lenalidomide (Revlimid) has been associated with encouraging results among patients with relapsed and refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), with nearly 70% of patients responding to therapy. Lenalidomide is showing signs of altering the underlying disease state of CLL, further demonstrating the drug?s therapeutic potential across a broad group of hematological disorders and blood cancers.
