Toxicity Not A Major Hurdle for Weekly Docetaxel Immediately Post-Prostatectomy

Interim data from an ongoing open-label phase II study of docetaxel, 35 mg/m2 in men at high-risk for recurrence indicates that the treatment is reasonably well-tolerated, and that side effects are largely moderate and reversible, according to a report at the American Urological Association 2005 Annual Meeting.
