Personalized Melanoma Vaccine Trial is Launched

A clinical trial with personalized tumor vaccine has been launched by Argos Therapeutics melanoma patients. This strategy utilizes a patient?s own immune system cells and total tumor RNA to stimulate an innate immunity that destroys the tumors.
