?Genetic Blueprint? to Predict Response to Cancer Treatment

The success of cancer therapy is found to be influenced by the particular genetic makeup of the patient. Determining gene variants or polymorphism that is affected by the therapy, one could predict how a patient would respond to a spectrum of cancer treatment. This would allow tailored, effective treatment for individual patients.
