Volume 14Issue Number 3 March 2005 ISSN 10593802 Findings Favor Economics of FOLFOX-4The chemotherapeutic combination of oxaliplatin (Eloxatin, Sanofi-Aventis) with 5-fluorouracil and leucovorin known as FOLFOX 4 not only improves disease free survival in colorectal cancer patients compared with 5-FU and leucovorin alone, it does so within a reasonable cost margin.
