Breast Cancer in Africa Sheds Light on the Disease in African Americans

There is a difference in the incidence and clinical history of breast cancer in African women and white women. Population-based studies in sub-Saharan Africans suggest that genetic factors may play a significant role in the difference encountered in the epidemiology of breast cancer in America.
