Volume 14Issue Number 1 January 2005 ISSN 10593802 Oblimersen Sodium plus Gemtuzumab Ozogamicin in Relapsed AMLOblimersen sodium (Genasense®, Genta) can be safely combined with gemtuzumab ozogamicin (GO) (Mylotarg®, Wyeth) in elderly patients with relapsed acute myeloid leukemia (AML), resulting in durable second remissions associated with increased survival, according to a study presented at the 46th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Hematology.
