Volume 14Issue Number 1 January 2005 ISSN 10593802 Fludarabine/Alemtuzumab Combination is Effective and Safe in Pre-treated B-CLLBoth fludarabine phosphate (Fludara, Berlex) and alemtuzumab (Campath, Berlex) are effective as single agents in B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL). Their combination, however, offers improved efficacy while reducing cumulative exposure to either agent, according to a presentation at the 46th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Hematology.
