Pancreatic Cancer

Pancreatic cancer is very aggressive, difficult to diagnose, and difficult to treat as well. Pancreatic cancer is called a ?silent? disease because early pancreatic cancer usually does not cause symptoms, therefore, most are not diagnosed at early stages when treatment could be curative. This disease does not respond very well to standard cancer therapy. Researchers are working on innovative ideas.
