Treatment of Lymph-node Negative, Estrogen-positive Breast Cancer

Early-stage breast cancer, when properly treated, has a good prognosis. However, choosing the optimum adjuvant chemotherapy is a challenge. For high-risk node-positive patients, clinical trials have shown a beneficial effect of newer chemotherapeutic agents. Adjuvant chemotherapy use for low-risk node-negative patients is still being debated.
