Permanent Prostate Brachytherapy for Localized Cancer

Clinically localized prostate cancer, when treated with surgery or radiation patient survival rate, is high; though there are some adverse side effects. Another therapy choice is brachytherapy, commonly known as seeding, where very small radioactive seeds are implanted inside the body to fight cancer. This procedure is also minimally invasive and is found to be attractive to localized prostate cancer patients.
