Phase I Clinical Trial Results of an Investigational Drug for Advanced Prostate Cancer

The investigational compound J591 is a monoclonal antibody that targets a specific molecule on prostate cancer cells and can carry a radionuclide. When attached to the radionuclide, this radiolabeled antibody is found to have antitumor activity.
