The food supplement market is now a $16 billion industry in the United States, and is the fastest growing segment of the over-the-counter drug market. It?s no wonder that at least 80% of cancer patients use special diets, vitamins, herbs or acupuncture, most of them for their general health, but up to half of them to treat cancer.
