Comparison of Chemotherapy Dose for Metastatic Breast Cancer

For metastatic breast cancer patients, high-dose chemotherapy together with stem-cell transplantation does not improve overall survival rate compared to conventional-dose chemotherapy. Additionally, patients treated with aggressive therapy experience severe adverse side effects.
