HPV Testing to Follow-up Cervical Cancer Patients

High-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) are usually followed-up by Pap smear test for recurrence patients after undergoing treatment until two consecutive smears show negative results. Studies show that combing cytology and human papillomavirus (HPV) tests can reduce the number of follow-up visits.
