New Approaches for the Management of Cervical Cancer

Cervical cancer is one form of the cancer of which the epidemiology and molecular biology of is well understood. Since the introduction of the Pap test, the technology has been refined, and proper screening, along with effective treatments, has reduced mortality due to cervical cancer. Still, cervical cancer is a major worldwide health problem. Novel treatment approaches are being developed to efficiently manage this disease.
