FOLFOX and IROX Favored Over IFL in Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

In a large clinical trial, regimens containing oxaliplatin with either irinotecan or 5-FU/LV showed advantages over bolus 5-FU/LV in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer.
