Angiogenic Inhibitor in Combination with Chemotherapy for Colorectal Cancer

A monoclonal antibody directed against a growth factor that helps the growth of new blood vessels at the tumor site seems to boost the effects of standard chemotherapeutic agents in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer.
