Presence of T-Cells Predicts Good Prognosis for Ovarian Cancer Patients

A spontaneous immune response against ovarian cancer cells that brings tumor-infiltrating T-cells to the tumor site can predict the prognosis of ovarian cancer. Patients who launch an immune response to their cancer cells have a better disease-free as well as overall survival rate.
