Omega-3 Fatty Acids May Reduce Colon Cancer Risk

Omega-3 fatty acids present in fish oil are thought to prevent atherosclerosis by lowering cholesterol and LDL levels. Preclinical studies in animal modesl indicate that these unsaturated fatty acids may have potential anti-cancer properties.
