Rituximab in Combination with CHOP Overcomes Resistance

Adding the monoclonal antibody rituximab to the standard CHOP chemotherapy regimen for non-Hodgkin?s lymphoma overcomes resistance due to overexpression of the BCL2 protein, which has been associated with poorer prognosis.
