Oral Granisetron Better Anti-emetic Than Oral Dolasetron

The first head-to-head comparison of oral doses of the anti-emetics granisetron and dolasetron gives granisetron a statistically significant advantage in reducing cancer-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV). The small, prospective study raises the intriguing question of whether all serotonin-receptor antagonists have equal efficacy for cancer patients.
