FDA Approves Kytril for Prevention and Treatment of Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting

Kytril (granisetron hydrochloride), a new class of serotonin receptor antagonist that is highly selective for type 3 receptor has been approved by the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment and prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting.
