Venlafaxine for Hot Flashes

Hot flashes, natural or drug-induced, are usually treated with hormone therapy. However, breast cancer survivors may not like to use hormones. For these patients, newer nonhormone antidepressant drugs are found to be very effective without much adverse side effects.
