Treatment of Jaundiced Breast Cancer Patients

Chemotherapy is a standard mode of therapy for metastatic liver cancer. However, it is difficult to predict toxicity of a given dose because of drug metabolism and clearance in the liver. Thus, a divided dose schedule is more attractive.
