Pregnancy Outcomes after Stem Cell Transplants

Pregnancy after stem cell transplant for malignant or nonmalignant disorder is likely to be successful. However, patients in allograft transplants who have received full body irradiation may develop pregnancy-related complications and should be treated as high-risk patients.
