Microscopic Machine to Detect Prostate Cancer Risk

A technique that uses specific interactions between biomolecules to generate specific signals for detection is developed. Using microcantilevers researches have measured very low levels of cancer marker protein in serum samples that also contained other proteins. This technique is very specific and highly sensitive.
